What we do for inbound customers:

  • We specialize in scheduling inbound shipments for our customers so they have their product when they need to install it at competitive prices.

  • They don’t have to spend time trying to find the right size equipment at the right price.

  • Because they have a large work load, the tendency for a company or vendor, is to default to 1 or two reliable carriers. That is good and bad.

             1.  It’s good because when they do find a provider, they stick with them and it takes less time

                  to cover their shipments.
             2.  It’s bad in that those carriers take several rate increases per year.

             3.  The rates will creep up, and because it’s reliable you live with it.

  • We can do it faster than an employee or vendor with more effectiveness because of our size, expertise and experience. This combination gives you:

             1.  Options
             2.  A variety of dependable equipment and delivery time frames depending on when you

need to install your job… more time = less money.
             3.  Rate shopping done for you.
             4.  Your employees spend time on your core business, not transportation.
             5.  Inexpensive claims insurance
             6.  Claims filed in your behalf
             7.  Current ideas on transportation management and technology.

  • We physically track each shipment, then send you the tracking information each morning. You will have all of you shipments in one place.

             1.  We track shipments on Saturday for Monday critical deliveries, so you can plan your labor

                   force around installation.

             2.  We can send you the tracking in an Amazon type dynamic link.

How it works: When a vendor calls us, we don’t know the size of equipment needed. We get the  information, find the right equipment, and provide our customer with their PO and options.

  • Our customer chooses who they want to use.

  • The whole process has taken our customer a moment to get their product delivered when they want it with several price options.

  • We do the rest of the work of setting up the carrier, sending the Bill of Lading to the vendor, tracking the shipments until they are delivered.

  • We quote our customer on ground, LTL, Volume, Partial and full trucks. We have 37 LTL carriers, 1000’s of flatbeds and Vans. We can cover any size shipment on the fly.

Load Consolidation: We can also reduce your tansportation costs by:

  • Combining shipments at the source: two to three of your own orders from the same vendor loaded onto a less expensive 53’ truck.

  • Combining shipments at the source: two to three members orders to the same locations in the country, loaded onto a less expensive 53’ truck.

  • Combining shipments in-route: picking up from another of your vendors and delivering you shipments to you when you need them.

  • Day specific, time specific deliveries.
