This is the step by step process of what we do and a way to explain the benefit of automating

the daily transportation process. We adapt to your requirements. This makes it easy and fast to

set up. We can accommodate any data base and any configuration.

We electronically receive that days shipment detail. With that data we electronically:

  • Create all of the days shipments

  • Assign the carrier of their choice to the shipment

  • Schedule the pickup with that carrier

  • Create the Bills of lading for the days shipments and email them so all they need to do is print and hand it to the driver

  • Send (back to their data base) the rate for that shipment. It will send the quoted rate if someone received a rate quote for it

  • Send (back to their data base) a confirmation that the shipment has been received and scheduled as a status update. This can be viewed by Sales, Customer Service or their customers.

The next day we electronically send (back to their data base) the status update (where the

shipment is at until it is delivered – ultimately showing who signed for it)

Their customers - customer can receive an email with a dynamic link (like Amazon) so they can

 see up-to-date tracking info

We have a web portal to get quotes, view invoices, view status updates and create shipments or

we can easily program a layout with these features

On the above example of 40 per day, we estimate this will reduce labor of the Shipping/Receiving,

Customer Service and Sales folks by 4 man hours per day or more.

Another customer we are working with does about 100 shipments per day, we estimate

automating will eliminate 2 employees. They will use them in other areas of the plant or

 “re-allocate labor”.
